Raymond Lamar Williams

Raymond Lamar Williams, age 85, of Live Oak, FL passed Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. He was a native and life -long resident of Live Oak where he worked for many years as Manager for a L.P. Gas Company. He was a member of the Clayland Baptist Church. Raymond loved fishing, Gator Football and gardening. His most enjoyable moments were spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his parents, Horace and Abbie Williams and his son, Hamp Williams. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Williams, Live Oak; one daughter, RaiEtte (Julio) Avael, Winter Haven, FL; three brothers, Donald Williams, Jimmy Williams and Ronald Williams all of Live Oak; two sisters, Doris Starling, Live Oak and Geraldine Moseley, Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the Clayland Baptist Church with Brother Daryl Fletcher and Rev. Bill Lawhon officiating. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the church. Interment followed in the Church Cemetery.
