Rebecca Anne Carmichael
December 10, 1932 — December 26, 2023
Rebecca Anne Carmichael, age 91, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at her home following a brief illness. She was a native and life-long resident of Live Oak, FL where she worked for the DMV in the division of licensing department with the Florida Highway Patrol. She was a member of the Clayland Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Anne enjoyed reading and working in her yard. She was a loving and caring mother, and grandmother. Her most proud processions were her grandchildren. Anne also loved her church family and extended family with all her heart.
She was predeceased by her parents, David and Burdine Futch, her husband of 64 years, Doyle Carmichael, a son, Keith Carmichael and a daughter-in-law, Terri Carmichael.
She is survived by one son, James (Denise) Carmichael, Lake City, FL; six grandchildren and multiple great grand and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, 3:00 PM, Friday, December 29, 2023, in the Clayland Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Lawhon officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the services from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the church.
