Rheda Jean Rowell, age 70, of Live Oak, FL passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Shands UF in Gainesville, FL following a sudden illness. She was a native of Tennessee moving to Live Oak in 1981 from Pinellas County, FL. Rheda worked for the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches as a Bookkeeper and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by two sons, Daryl (Jennifer) Ball, Live Oak and Jeff Ball, Pinellas Park, FL; three sisters, Lyndia (Dale) Black, Pinellas Park, FL; Darleen (Derek) Thomas, Anchorage, Alaska and Kathy Elrod, Hartwell, GA; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Patricia.
Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel. Interment followed in the Orange Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
