Richard Johnson

Richard Leon Johnson, age 81, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Solaris Health Care Center in Lake City, FL.  He was a native of Jacksonville, Florida moving to Live Oak, FL in 1981 from Hialeah, FL.  He worked a truck driver and loved living life, being outdoors, hunting, fishing and working in his beautiful yard.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Johnson; a son, Richard Gary Johnson, brother, Michael Johnson and sister, Ann Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Shirley Johnson, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Sherry (Dennis) Douglas, Inverness, FL; one brother, Randall (Judy) Johnson, Coral Springs, FL; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
