He was a native and life long resident of Live Oak, FL. Richard was a 1976 graduate of Suwannee High School and worked as a bee keeper with his family owned business all his life. He enjoyed good music and was an excellent cook. His good heartiness and loving smile will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include one son, Devin (Ashley) Skipper, Live Oak, FL; his mother, Jeannie Skipper of Live Oak and the late Jerry Skipper; one brother, Robert Skipper, Live Oak, FL; two sisters, Carolyn Skipper and Elizabeth Skipper both of Live Oak, FL; three granddaughters, Hailey Skipper, Amy Skipper and Lexi Skipper all of Live Oak, FL. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
