Richard Eugene TomacApril 4, 1939July 7, 2017 Richard Eugene Tomac, age 78, of Live Oak, FL passed Friday, July 7, 2017 at Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. He was a born in Joliet, ILL moving to Live Oak in 1997 from Connecticut. He served his country proudly as a Seals Submariner with the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Tomac of Live Oak two sons, Joseph Brannon, WV and Kenneth Tomac, CT; Sandra (Wing) Chung, Australia; Theresa Miner, MO; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
