Ricky Lee Stephens, age 64, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023 at the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. He was a native of Birmingham, AL moving to Live Oak in 2015. He worked in construction as a tile installer and loved reading, watching television and Alabama football.
He is survived by several close friends, Donna (John) Gardener, Lake City, FL; Nerissa Schlafly, McAlpin, FL; Greg (Laura) Player and Ronnie Phinaze of Live Oak, FL.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
