Rita Alexandra Neel, age 80, of Live Oak, FL, passed away, January 2, 2025, at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas moving to Live Oak, FL in 2005 from Miami, FL. She worked for an attorney as a legal assistant before retiring and moving to Live Oak, FL.
She is survived by her husband, David Neel of Live Oak.
As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
