Robert Franklin Ratliff, Sr. March 21, 1940 April 20, 2009 Robert Franklin Ratliff, Sr., 69 of Live Oak, Florida passed away Monday, April 20, 2009, at his home in Live Oak, Florida following a lengthy illness. The Jacksonville, FL native moved to Live Oak, FL in 1998 from Jacksonville, FL. He was an iron worker who retired after forty years from the Local Iron Workers Union 597 in Jacksonville, FL. Survivors include his wife, June Ratliff, Live Oak, FL; two sons, Robert Ratliff, Jr. and Michael Ratliff, both of Jacksonville, FL; one daughter, Sheila Fitzgerald, Jacksonville, FL; one sister, June Weeks, Crystal River, FL; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 25, 2009 in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim officiating.
