Roma Lange August 1, 1938 August 30, 2009 Roma Lange, 71, of Live Oak, Florida passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 30, 2009, at Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, FL. For many years she was owner of Akulaw Court Reporting in Anchorage, Alaska. She was a member of Mensa. After living in San Diego, she recently returned to her hometown of Live Oak and became a faithful member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for the adult class, lector and a member of Daughters of the King. She attended and participated in Cursillo. Roma loved to cook and was always willing to contribute her talents and good food to covered dish suppers and coffee hour receptions. She was predeceased by her parents, Axel and Martha Lange. She is survived by her loving family, one son, Andrew (Susan) Akulaw, Anchorage, Alaska; two daughters, Dianne (Chris) Waterbury of Ann Arbor, MI and Denise Marlow, San Diego, CA one brother, Lewis (Nancy) Lange, Live Oak, FL; one sister, Martha Dee (Dale) Crowder of Jacksonville, FL; five grandchildren, Sara, James, Joseph, Amanda, and Ashley and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3rd from 5 to 7 PM at Harris Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 4, 2009 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with Father Donald Woodrum officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 1238, Live Oak, FL 32064 and designate either the Priest’s Pantry or the Cusillo Fund.
