Ronald Newsome Green

Ronald Newsome Green, age 87, of Dowling Park, FL, passed away Wednesday evening, May 12, 2021 at his home in Dowling Park, FL. He was a native and life long resident of Live Oak and owner/operator of Green Furniture in Live Oak for many years. He was a member of the First Advent Christian Church, American Legion, J.C.’s and Live Oak Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellow. Ron proudly served his county in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Aggie Green, Dowling Park, FL; three daughters, Carrie Steele (Curtis), Live Oak, FL, Kelly Jackson (Brack), Lake Park, GA and Kathy Adelman (Mitch), Tampa, FL; five grandchildren, Stephen Tucker, Angela Griffin, Clay Jackson, Case Jackson and Katie Webber, four great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held, 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 15th in the the First Advent Christian Church with Rev. Tim Carver officiating. Private internment will follow in the Live Oak Cemetery.
