Russell Wayne Barton, age 62 of Live Oak, FL, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 at Shands UF in Gainesville, FL. He was a native of Corbin, KY moving to Live Oak in 1998 from Mt Villa, NC. Russell was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Vietnam War. He worked in construction and enjoyed art, drawing, puzzles, board games and cards.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Barton, Live Oak; his father, Rex Barton, daughters, Shelly, Crystal, Melanie and Tara; brothers, Charles, Thomas and James; sisters, Mary Barton and Anita Barton; three grandchildren.As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
