Sam Stapleton

Samuel Alexander Stapleton August 23, 1927 * May 20, 2012 Samuel Alexander Stapleton age 84, of Live Oak, FL passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park following a lengthy illness. He was a native and life long resident of Live Oak working for many years as a salesman for the Ford Tractor Company. Sam loved to garden and lived to tell people about Jesus. He was a die hard Gator fan and a member of the Westside Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Samuel David Stapleton, Live Oak; Robert Chester Stapleton, Lake City, FL; two daughters, Teresa (John) Oliver, Sparta, IN; Glenda (Doug) Marlene Wynn, Jennings, FL; eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2012 at the Live Oak Church of God.
