Sandra Jane Welch

Sandra Jane Welch, age 75, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026, at the North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida, following a brief illness.  She was born in Jacksonville, FL, residing in Live Oak all of her life.  She worked as a secretary for PCS for many years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Clinton and Ruth Zipperer; two stepsons, Andy Welch and Eric Welch.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carroll Welch, Live Oak, FL; one daughter, Stacy Boltin, Lake City, FL; one brother, Marcus Zipperer, Tifton, GA; two sisters, Linda Touchton, Tifton, GA and Janet Dowdy, Bainbridge, GA; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
