Sarah Alma Godwin Lee March 15, 1924*June 13, 2011 Sarah Alma Godwin Lee, age 87, of Dowling Park, Florida passed away late Monday evening, June 13, 2011 at Good Samaritan Center in Dowling Park, FL following a lengthy illness. The Pelham, Ga native moved to Live Oak in 1999 from Lamont, FL. She drove a school bus in Pinellas County for over twenty years and was a Past Matron OES Chapter #49 in Palm Harbor, Florida. Survivors include four daughters, Frances Padgett, Thonasassa, FL; Bettie (Jimmy) Butler, Live Oak, FL; Mary Godwin, Lamont, FL; Marsha Spragg, Clearwater, FL; one brother, Willard Harrell, Athens, GA; one sister, Voncile Sapp, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren. Visitation was held Thursday, June 16th from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Graveside services were held 10:00 AM, Friday, June 17, 2011 in the Live Oak Cemetery.
