Charles “Scott” Dugger, age 47, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019. He was born in Tampa, FL living in Tennessee and off and on in Live Oak for the past five years. Scott was a very talented artist, and also a self-employed painter.
He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Proulx-Matheney of Live Oak; daughter, Casey Ann Dugger and step-daughter, Brittini Collins both of Tennessee; brother, Jimmy Lee Dugger, Live Oak; sister, Brittany Proulx-Ays, Orlando, FL and two grandchildren.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
