Shirley Diane Horton

Shirley Diane Horton, age 80, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, Florida.  She was born in Haytie, MO, living most of her life in Homestead, FL before moving to Live Oak in 2006.  She was a musician and loved to sing and write songs.

She was predeceased by her parents, William and Della Brewer and a granddaughter, Ronda Dipasqua.

She is survived by her husband, Rondal Horton, Live Oak, FL; two sons, Clarence "Lee" (Janice) Horton, Talladega, AL; Jamen Rondal Horton, Live Oak, FL; two daughters, Ruth Rena Dipasqua, Live Oak, FL and Elisa Diane (Corey) Atkinson, Live Oak, FL; four grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in the Brody Harris Memorial Chapel with the visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Oakhill Cemetery.
