Shirley Johnson

Shirley Allen Johnson, age 81, of Live Oak, FL passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Shands UF Health in Gainesville, FL.

She was born in Fallen Water, TN moving to Live Oak, FL in 1981 from Hialeah, FL.  Shirley, better known as "Mom" by everyone who knew her, was such a wonderful mother who by knowing her was to love her.  She worked as a hotel supervisor and had a green thumb when it came to plants and making floral arrangements. She loved the outdoors and reading.

She is survived by loving daughter, Sherry (Dennis) Douglas, Inverness, FL; one sister, Brenda Haworth, Ocala, FL; five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

As per her wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
