Shirley Ann Martin, age 80, of Live Oak, FL passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 at her home. She was born in Baldwin, FL moving to Live Oak in 1994 from Washington State. She worked as a teacher for many years. Shirley always enjoyed working and loved her dogs with all her heart.
She was predeceased by parents, Jesse Merritt Graham, Sr. and Alice Laverne Graham; her husband Eldon Sherwood Martin; her son, Charles Philip Merritt Odom and a brother, Jesse Merritt Graham, Jr.
She is survived by one son, John C. Odom, Live Oak, FL; two brothers, Gerald (Edith) Graham, Live Oak, FL and James Malcom (Barry) Graham, Ketchikan, AK; one sister, Alice (Philip) Baxley, Live Oak, FL; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Friday, September 8, 2023 in the Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Gil Roser officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
