Timmy Johnson

Timmy Johnson, age 54, of McAlpin, FL passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at his home following a sudden illness. He was a native and life long resident of McAlpin working on the Johnson Brother’s family dairy. He loved fishing and spending time with his family and was a member of the Florida National Guard and the Philadelphia Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his mother, Imogene Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Thresa Johnson, McAlpin; two sons, Levis (Janet) Johnson, Gainesville, FL; Daniel (Amanda) Johnson, Live Oak; his father, Roy Johnson, McAlpin; four brothers, R.L. (Deborah) Johnson, McAlpin; David Johnson, Live Oak; Wayne Johnson, McAlpin; Troy (Terri) Johnson, Live Oak; four grandchildren, Christopher, Corbin, Tyler and Gage. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church. Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2014 in the Philadelphia Baptist Church with Mr. Levis Johnson and Rev. Marty Tedder officiating. Internment followed in the church cemetery.
