Todd Alan Conk, age 67, of Lake City, FL passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015. He was a native of Elizabeth, NJ moving to the Branford/Lake City area in 1995 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was Catholic by faith.
He is survived by one brother, Wayne (Annette) Conk, Lake City and one niece, Christy Conk, Clermont, FL.
As per his wishes, finalization will be by cremation.
