Vera Lee Wilkinson

Vera Lee Wilkinson Vera Lee Wilkinson, age 96 of Live Oak, passed away early Thursday morning, June 7, 2012 at the Surrey Place Care Center following a lengthy illness. The native and life long resident of Live Oak, FL worked as a seamstress and was very active for many years in the Women’s Missionary Union and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dowling Park. She is survived by four sons, Eddie Wilkinson, Jacksonville, FL; Timmy Wilkinson, Live Oak, FL; Randy Wilkinson, Ocala, FL; George Wilkinson, Houston, TX; two daughters, Nancy Lange and Judy Collins both of Live Oak; two sisters, Sybil Brim, Jacksonville, FL; Hetty Craw, Augusta, GA; twenty grandchildren, forty-two great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, June 8th from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 9, 2012 in the Clayland Baptist Church with her son Rev. Randy Wilkinson officiating. Internment followed in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that contributions be made to the Surrey Activites Fund at the Surrey Place, 110 SE Lee Ave., Live Oak, FL 32064.
