Vernie Manning

Vernie Delores Manning, age 89, of Wellborn, FL passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL.  She was a native of Greenup, KY moving to Wellborn, FL in 1998 from Tampa, FL.  She worked for J.C. Penney before retiring and enjoyed ceramics, shopping, reading, cooking and working in her yard.

She is survived by one sister, Betty Wheeler of Lake City, FL,  a very special friend, Stacy Miller of Wellborn, FL; a sister-in-law, Marie Brushwood, San Antonio, Texas; one niece, Ana Quintana and two nephews, Mark Brushwood and John Brushwood all of Texas.
