Willard Harvey Parsons
May 5, 1940 — July 19, 2021
Willard “Harvey” Parsons., age 81, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Ft. Myers, FL living most of his life in Live Oak. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked for Suwannee Valley Transit and also the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches. He had a love for trains, cars, NASCAR and boating, and was a private pilot, and a member of the First Advent Christian Church.
He was predeceased by his parents, Willard and Mildred Parsons, a son, James Parsons and daughter, Tonya Deanna Parsons.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Parsons, Live Oak, FL; two sons, David (Carol) Wood, Daytona, FL and Todd (Kim Revis) Parsons, Charlotte, NC; one daughter, Leslie Nannette Wulff, Live Oak, FL; two brothers, Kenneth Leroy (Rosalinda) Parsons, Live Oak, FL and Fredrick Gerald Parsons, Lake City, FL; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held, 11:00 AM, Friday, July 23, 2021 in the Frist Advent Christian Church with Rev. Tim Carver officiating. Interment followed in the Live Oak Cemetery.
