William "Bill" Carroll, Sr.
December 4, 1945 — January 12, 2025
William “Bill” Carroll, Sr., age 79, of Lake City, FL passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at the North Florida Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was born in Gainesville, FL living most of his life in High Springs, FL before moving to Suwannee County in 2010. He worked as a truck driver and loved going to car shows, watching western movies and tinkering. His most treasured moments were the times he spent with his grandbabies.
He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Earlene Carroll, six sons, Billy (Stacy) Carroll, Bobby (Renee) Carroll, Turk “Shelton” Carroll, Matthew (Crystal) Carroll, Hank (Jennifer) Parramore and Luke (Katalina) Parramore; one daughter, Sheila Carroll; one brother, Lonnie “Butch” Becham; brother-in-law, Shelton Nolan; two sisters-in-law, Rachel (Alfredo) Klaus and Nancy (Robert) Formella; thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes finalization will be by cremation.
